Nathan

After years of coming up empty handed or only finding connections once others were already made, and years of meeting new community members who had no idea a community existed, Nathan began building the idea to create this resource site. It was only through the guidance, motivation, and support of other community members that this site was able to become reality. Nathan is a queer-identified transmasculine individual who volunteers his time in the Victoria-local trans community helping connect queer and trans adults and co-facilitating Gender Spectacular, the gender creative kids drop-in group. In his every-day life, Nathan is a student at Camosun College working towards a Bachelor’s in Health and Community Services from the University of Victoria. He also works and volunteers with kids with special needs, primarily assisting them with skill development. In whatever spare time he has left, Nathan enjoys crafting with whatever materials he can get his hands on, adventuring in whatever nature he can find, spending time with friends, and petting his very needy cat.
